Emerson Plaza
Description: Acquired in 2012, LJR completed a strategic transformation of a dilapidated strip center in Valley Stream, NY. Complete a modernization of the property and signed leases with medical tenants and retailers with an existing neighborhood presence.

7/11 Avenue J
Description: Retail strip located adjacent to the Avenue J subway station in Brooklyn, NY. Previously consisted of one local retailer. LJR completed an immersive renovation and subdivided the space into two separate storefronts and signed a lease with a national tenant and a local pharmacy.

South Brooklyn Capital One Bank
Description: Comprehensive redevelopment of a transit-oriented retail site in Brooklyn, NY. The redevelopment included the full teardown of a dilap idated building on the site. Negotiated with Capital One to close two other branches in the area and consolidate to a single location.

The Argyle
Description: Legacy asset comprised of 54 rent stabilized units located walking distance from the Newkirk Plaza subway station.

Lancaster Apartments
Description: Legacy asset comprised of 71 rent stabilized units located walking distance from the Kings Highway subway station.

TGI Fridays, Chicago
Description: Acquired in 2014 as part of a 1031 exchange. Prior to closing renegotiated a 20 year lease with TGI Fridays.

Zinnia Health Singer Island
Description: Acquired In 2016. Developed a behavioral health facility with long term NNN lease on the site. Then successfully assembled surrounding parcels to increase lot size to 125,000, and worked with the local municipality to upzone to a 5.0 FAR.

Maryland Behavioral Health Facility
Description: Former nursing home that was vacated in 2017. Acquired by LJR in February 2024 with plans to repurpose to a behavioral health facility. Prior to closing secured architectural plans, GMP, signed lease with a tenant.
