As the Director of Property Management and Operations at LJR, Lily plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of the company’s portfolio. Utilizing a hand-on management style, she oversees all aspects of property management and personnel, including compliance, maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations.

In her role, Lily collaborates closely with maintenance staff, vendors, contractors, and city agencies to ensure that the portfolio is running smoothly and efficiently. Her commitment to maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency is evident in her continuous efforts to streamline processes and implement best practices.

With four years of dedicated service at LJR, Lily has demonstrated her ability to orchestrate a harmonious operation by effectively coordinating various functions within the company. She has fostered a culture of excellence and accountability within the organization.

Lily holds a M.E.D in Leadership and Management from Trinity College and a B.S. from the College of Charleston. Her educational foundation equips her with the necessary skills to optimize property operations while upholding regulatory standards and delivering exceptional service to tenants.
